Back to My Projects
I developed Plant For Change, a technology-driven environmental platform that connects tree-planting initiatives with interactive data tracking and community engagement.
The platform was designed to encourage students to participate in sustainable activities while providing a transparent way to visualize and monitor environmental impact.
By integrating project information, tree-planting data, and community participation, the platform enables users to better understand the measurable environmental and social impact of local sustainability initiatives.
Key highlights
100+ active users and 10+ tree-planting projects.- Projects across Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.
- Interactive tracking of environmental and social impact.
