Plant For Change is a youth-led environmental initiative that connects sustainability education, tree planting, and community engagement to encourage students to take meaningful environmental action.

I founded and led a team of 20 members, overseeing project development, partnerships, logistics, communications, and community outreach. The initiative has grown its online community to 2,000+ followers while delivering environmental programs in Nhuận Đức Commune and Tân Phú District.

Beyond the title
